Shipping Policy

  • All orders $100 or more ship FREE


  • All orders placed by 2 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days so please allow for that when estimating your shipping time. During seasonal holidays and large sales events, please allow 2-4 additional days for shipping.


  • All orders will be shipped with the shipping carrier you choose at checkout (USPS or UPS). Once your order is placed we are unable to refund shipping cost, so please make sure that you choose the shipping carrier you prefer before checking out.


  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Once your package leaves our facility we do not have any control on the whereabouts. We highly suggest downloading the Shop app to track your order or signing up for notification on the shipping carrier's website so that you can see your package moving.


  • If your package shows that it has been delivered, but you do not have possession of it please check with your neighbors to make sure they did not receive it. If they do not have it please contact your local UPS or USPS store so that they can give you the GPS coordinates of where your packages was last scanned and delivered.


  • If your package is deemed as lost, you will need to file a claim on the shipping carrier's website you chose at checkout. You will need your tracking number and a receipt of your purchase.
