- Items can be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. *After 14 days your item(s) will no longer be accepted for return/exchange.*
- The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs for the returned item(s). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages caused by the shipping carrier you choose for the return.
- All returned items must have ORIGINAL tags still ATTACHED.
- All returned items must be UNWASHED, UNWORN, and in UNUSED CONDITION. They MUST have no visible wear/smell (including makeup and deodorant marks) or your return will not be processed.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box with no damage to the box.
- The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are NON-RETURNABLE: jewelry, swimsuits, sunglasses, bralettes/bandeaus, any items won in any giveaways and any sale/clearance items.
- PERSONALIZED ITEM(S) ARE NON-RETURNABLE! If we made an error in personalizing your item(s), we apologize for this inconvenience and will make every effort to correct or replace your item(s) at no additional cost to you.
- Upon return, a store credit in the form of a Gift Card Code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Please refer to the Return Policy about to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Complete the Return Form and include it in the package with the item(s) you are returning.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail as we cannot guarantee we will receive the item(s) you are returning.
- Once your package is received, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return.
- A store credit will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Our inventory goes quickly, and we cannot guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you want. To exchange your items, please refer to the above Return Policy to ensure that you exchange meets the criteria stated then follow these steps.
- Place an order for the item(s) you wish to exchange in place of your original item(s)
- Complete the Return Form on the back of this page and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
- In the Comments/Explanations section on the back of this slip, please write your new order number.
- Once your return is received, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt.
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the date of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation or merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
