Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located? We are online only and located in Greer, South Carolina!

 

  • How will I receive my order? We offer FREE shipping on all orders! We do NOT offer local pick up.

 

  • If an item is sold out in my size, can you reorder it? We try to reorder items as much as we can, but it is not a guarantee! Some items are sold in packs, so we may not be able to reorder. If you see an item you love, but it is sold out in your size, click "Notify when back in stock" and put in your email and you will receive an email if the item is restocked.

 

  • If an item is not available in XL-3XL, can it be ordered in XL-3XL? We ALWAYS try to order all items in Small-3XL, but sometimes they are not able to. Message us to see if we just haven't launched it yet.

 

 

  • Is there a size chart? All of our items come from different vendors, so sometimes it is hard to post a chart that includes them all. Each item has a size chart specific for that item in the description as well as what size the model is wearing, her true size, and whether or not she sized up or down. We do try to buy from vendors that follow these general guidelines: Small (2-4), Medium (6-8), Large (10-12), XL (14-16), 2XL (18-20), 3XL (22-24).

 

  • What is the difference between an XL and 1X? Again, as in the sizing chart question above, each vendor is different. Typically we have found that the 1X is more of a plus size fit with more room through the bust and hip area and is also a little bit longer.

 

 

  • I received the wrong item(s) in my order, what should I do? Sometimes we do make mistakes and apologize in advance. If you do receive the wrong item and that item has not sold out yet, we will replace it with the correct item. If the item(s) has sold out then we will refund you to your original form of payment. Please email us and include your order number and a picture of what you received. We will email you with more information.

 

  • I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can I change it? Yes, email or call us immediately. We will do our best to switch out the sizes if possible. However, we do ship super fast and can't guarantee your request. If your order has already shipped and we are unable to fulfill your request, then you will be responsible for returning the item to us.   • My order is showing as shipped, but I have not received it yet? Once your package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping carrier you chose at checkout (USPS or UPS) and we are not responsible for it, but will assist you in locating it.   • My item was damaged when I received it, what do I need to do? Please email immediately and include your order number along with pictures of the damaged item. If we have not sold out of the item then we will send you a replacement along with a prepaid postage label to send the damaged one back to us. If we have sold out of the item, we will send you a prepaid postage label to send the item back to us and we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment.

 

  • I received a Gift Card, does it expire? Yes, our Gift Cards expire in 9 months. If you are receiving an error message when trying to use one, please contact us.

 

  • I have a Store Credit, how does it work? We issue Store Credits in the form of a Gift Card, so you will use it the same way you would a Gift Card. You will receive a code that you can put in online or bring in store and use.

 

  • I forgot to use my discount code, can you refund my discount? No, our system will not allow us to apply a discount code once your checkout is complete.

 

  • What are the care instructions on your products? Unless specifically noted in the product description, we recommend all products that we sell to be hand washed or on the gentle/delicate cycle in cold water using a mild soap and hung to dry. Lowest iron heat as needed, but we recommend steaming.
